Nyack Burst Pipe with Mold Damage

The pressurized water line having just a pinhole fault, soaked the wall void of this Nyack home. It took several weeks before the staining and odor were noticed by our customer. We performed a controlled demolition on the wall, exposing the mold damage and the plumbing for repair. The After Photo is the work in progress, but we are illustrating our neat work, isolating the dust, dirt, and mold spores from infiltrating to other rooms in the structure. We can eventually apply the antimicrobial agent needed to help prevent future mold growth from dormant spores.
