Tuxedo Park Fire and Water Damage Cleanup

The Before Photo of this Tuxedo Park home post-fire damage showed the effects of both the flames and water used to extinguish it. The water draining down from upper levels caused saturation in the ceiling around the fireplace and the ceiling fell in.SERVPRO technicians needed to perform a great deal of controlled demolition to ready the structure for repairs and reconstruction. The After Photo shows the room stripped down to the studs with the soot cleaned off the walls and dried the building materials. SERVPRO technicians were able to leave the white door in place along with the television covered in plastic to prevent any additional damage from occurring during the mitigation.
